I don't trade ntap, but it looks to me like the Dec 45 calls are showing 34 7/8 x 35 7/8 b/a, which is about a $5 time value, not 1.5. There was no volume on them today, so you were looking at the last trade, which was yesterday afternoon.

I'm sure others can add to this, but I"m looking on dreyfus, and none traded today. And the Sept 45 is around 31. So I think that price is not correct. That option is now well in the money--that tends to move lockstep with the stock. But you need a real time quote on it, which you might try on Monday morning.
