Prophet, Thanks. So if the ITC does find that Hitachi violated RMBS patents (is that what they'd decide? or just that there is strong evidence that patents were violated?), then Hitachi and Sega would be prevented from shipping products into the US? Does the civil action also affect shipments into the US (if, for example, the ITC did not decide in RMBS favor), or is it only to look at possible damages for patent violation? Dave
