Speaking if which, today I received a subscription solicitation from Investors Business Daily. It contained a small tree's worth of printed material, as if somebody is going to sit down and read it for a half an hour. --- The reply form had a place to put one of two self adhesive stickers; one saying something like "yes - sign me up" and the other saying "no thank you". --- That made me wonder if they actually expect people to apply the 'no thank you' sticker to the reply form, insert it in the business reply envelope and mail "no thank you" BACK to IBD. --- So, what *I did, not having time for this nonsense was to just draw a red arrow *pointing to the no thank you sticker, crammed the entire contents of the massive subscription solicitation (including the envelope) into the postage paid return envelope, and mailed the whole pile with the red arrow pointing to the 'no thank you' sticker BACK to Investors Business Daily. --- I didn't have time to include a note. I hope they're not offended. :) -JCJ
