I read the 10Q

I am intruiged with the way LUMM are bulking up their development costs by taking the market value "at the time the services are rendered" of the Molex warrant. This is representing 90%+ of the R&D for LUMM.

Is this OK under GAAP??

What happens if Molex does not exercise the warrant??

Does this represent a deductible amount for tax purposes to LUMM??

Is this amount useable for Canadian Scientific Tax Credit purposes or any other special Canadian purpose??

Is this just window dressing to make it look like much more activity exists than is actually happening??

I would be interested in what both of you have to say.

Cheers,
