Worthwhile post off of RB lost in RB's garbage.......ragingbull.com Hope Marty doesn't mind my taking the liberty to paste his post over here. By: drmef Sunday, 4 Jun 2000 at 2:45 PM EDT David, "Bob since you know everything whose getting the 10 million shares to pump this baby up .. Also can you tell me why RG turned down a potential 5 million dollar deal . can you also tell me why I herd [sic] there may be no coffee site for us. Marty can you answer some of this post for me if 1#### can not... " You know from my previous posts that (1) I strongly believe in taking a proactive roll in my investments (2) I am under a non-disclosure agreement with TSIG (for information I must have on a "need to know" basis) and (3) that I no longer post or read the threads very frequently (too much nonsense and garbage and personal attacks and too little DD). Frankly, I prefer to spend what little time I have with my family. I know you may find this strange, but there are days that I do not even know what TSIG closed at... just a different style of investing. Please accept the fact that some people are traders (their choice) and others, such as myself, have the vast majority of their funds managed by others (aka hedge funds) and place a small portion on their own in long-term investments... such as I have done with TSIG. It has just been my personal experience after 40+ years of investing that over the years those willing to do their DD (to the best of their ability) and take a position in a company they believe in eventually end-up with substantially greater returns. No, there isn't the "thrill" of daytrading and I'm certainly not belittling anyone who chooses to do so. IMO, however, the greatest annualized returns come to those willing to be patient and wait for a baby to grow into an adult... and that can take years. Those who have called or e-mailed me know I cannot and will not discuss any inside information which I happen to be privy to. Not only can I not discuss it, but I cannot buy or sell shares until at least 24 hours after a PR. Regarding your questions, however, I don't consider my knowledge of this to be inside information. (1) "...whose getting the 10 million shares to pump this baby up...". I know of nobody getting anything to "pump this baby up". It is my understanding that there are a few large investors and investment groups that have decided to take major long-term positions in TSIG... as an investment. Who they are I do not know, but I can only guess that they believe in the TSIG concept and business plan as I do. Did somebody introduce them to the Company? Obviously!! Do you remember Golin-Harris... and I'm not saying it's them, but their primary business is to do exactly what you are referring to... introduce the company and promote the company, but the investors do their own DD and make their own decisions. I'm sure you realize this, David, but firms such as Golin-Harris (again I'm not saying it's them) do get paid for their services. (2) "...why RG turned down a potential 5 million dollar deal...". I'm not quite sure what you are referring to... funding? partnership? Yes, I know there was other financing available besides the present IB, but I personally couldn't beat the terms of the IB finally chosen by TSIG. If you are referring to a "partnership", I don't know. What I do know is that every "deal" and/or "partnership" at TSIG must now go through and be approved by a committee which includes the IB, the companies being acquired, etc.. That should make many people very happy!! (3) "...tell me why I herd there may be no coffee site for us...". I don't know where you heard this nonsense, but the coffee site is over 99% completed. How do I know? Simple... I brought the coffee deal to TSIG and negotiated the terms and I can assure you that it can be an extremely high profit business for us. I have seen the website and it's great and that's all I am going to say about the matter. One more thing, David, and that is about all these "rumors" you are hearing. I don't know where they are coming from, but I strongly suggest that you and anyone else who has a question call the Company directly to verify and/or confirm them... before posting about them. I don't think you'd yell "fire" in a crowded movie theater although many others on these threads with their own agendas apparently (based on their posts) would. Please do your own DD, form your own opinions and make your own decisions. I have obviously made mine... I am holding long for whatever time it takes for TSIG to succeed and grow and that may means years as I personally see TSIG eventually becoming a major player. Please just remember that my decisions are based on my own personal opinions and everyone should and must decide for themselves. Best always, Marty
