It seems like Oracle and Intraware have had a relation for some time. Has something more developed, or is this a PR timed to help the market? Perhaps they are getting a commission from Oracle now where they didn't in the past?

ITRA does seem like a company that tries to improve share value as they also try to grow their business. I think that's wise.
