r. edwards, the $ chart and the spx chart overtime line up pretty closely.

Of course that speculation is a good as any, but what if greenie went to far on rate cuts and the bubble stock market and the bubble economy are both headed for a strong pullback, we are very late in this business cycle.

6% overnite rates popped the 1929 bubble, the 1968 bubble, the 1989 nikkei bubble, for example.

My technicals say we have seen at minimum an IT top in the $ and bottom in the euro, if not a longer term top.

All this doesn't mean that the market can't rally and diverge from the $ short term, as it has recently.
