MANASSAS, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 28, 2000--SyCoNet.com, Inc.'s (OTC BB:SYCD) Board of Directors has accepted the resignation, effective immediately, of Sy Robert Picon as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Treasurer of the Company, due to poor health.

Mr. Picon remains as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors has appointed William Spears, formerly Executive Vice President, to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Spears was one of the original co-founders of Syco Comics and Distribution (with Mr. Picon), the predecessor to the current Company.
