Re: "Java is taking over the server-side, it has taken over the Open Source server-side with JSERV/Apache and IBM's Visualage for JAVA/Websphere, it is taking over the wireless side (Symbian), CE's flop is helping Java take over the set-top box arena and InterNet appliance market, it is making MSFT non-compliant with the rest of the world. Hopefully, BillG will remain arrogant enough to think that he can remain Java non-compliant as the rest of the world surrounds him. McNealy will make sure that he does by irritating him as much as possible. <g> "

You make it sound like McNealy is playing right into MSFT's defense with these arguments. It's like the wife who calls the cops for being battered, when the cops arrive she starts in to beat the husband in front of them.

The DOJ should realize what they have on their hands here but I doubt their that smart or their ego's will allow them to be? We'll see next week.
