agree that many of the problems are the builtin drop program that will drop the connection if it is beyond the pre-set limits.

However, as I have pointed out, YOUR ISP has no control over how the data is routed FROM CYBER TO YOU. When Cyber runs a trace TO ME it shows one route - when I run a trace TO CYBER at the same time it shows a totally different route.

Why does Cyber not find out where the delay is and change the route from their end - the only one that can do it?

And of importance, WHY HAS CYBER BEEN SO TOTALLY SILENT HERE ON ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN ASKED OF THEM THE LAST WEEK?
