There's a fine line between visionary and loser. I hope we're on the right side of the line. There are no revenue requirements to be listed on the OTC. The only requirement is to be fully reporting, which is what they are working on. The 98 audit is done. The 99 is nearing completion. And the 1st and 2nd quarterly reports don't have to be audited (as far as I know). If everything is as it looks, this could be a real find 6 months or more from now (hopefully sooner). The one good thing about the Pink Sheets is you don't have to worry about being de-listed. I put a lot of stuff in the header because I thought I could change it as time went on. I think I was mistaken about that. Mike
