Unbelievable, a couple of nice posts, though I would say that the statement that no one has ever soft landed a bubble is somewhat self-fulfilling in that unless there is a crash, theorists would argue that a bubble cannot have existed. Also, as crashes happen from time to time, it can always be said that the 'bubble' finally burst. I guess I'm paraphrasing AG who said something to the effect that its only after the bubble crashes that one can say it actually existed. Or ... its all about timing ... GG
