Hi Paul,

I agree that we should see lower lows, but I am thinking
that we should have a choppy rally for a few weeks here,
perhaps into July or even August. I say this because the
market averages did not show any real downside follow
through after the big sell off into April. To me that
means the momentum down has been lost for a while so the
bulls will likely push up prices for a while.

However, I still see NASDAQ issues very overpriced, so they
will correct further at some point. This appears to be
setting up another year of weakness from July into October.

OT*** How are you doing these days? You know that I am
in Boulder now, but the family is still in Tempe as we are
trying to sell our house. It is disappointing that nobody
wants a tennis court in their back yard in Arizona! It has
been great for our kids.

Did you see article about my daughter in the Republic? She
was East Valley Tennis player of the Year. I am so proud
of her placing fourth in the state tournament. Both of the
girls are doing great, but they are anxious to move.

Regards,

Ed

Whatever the Fed does in the upcoming meeting, interest rate will be stuck at such a high level for the remainder of the year. I do not think Fed should risk that. Just my opinion.
