Pat:
The mighty Dell Limited, after being delayed on her last trip by a hot box and a flat wheel, has been parked at the 43 d street station for a week.
Repairs are complete. All passengers discouraged by her slow progress have sold now sold their tickets at discount prices and sought faster but riskier transport. Departure for places North scheduled for 9:30 EST Monday.

Hi Pat! Thanks for finding that article. So where will the price of Dell be by the Shareholder's meeting? Who is going to win the bet that you and Kemble have? Are you really buying him a Happy Meal? :)Leigh

Patrick,
Hi!!

RE: Given the current economic backdrop, Goldman said he likes the technology and Internet sectors. Stocks he likes in those industries include Applied Materials
Inc. (AMAT), Dell Computer Corp. (DELL), Intel Corp. (INTC), Cisco Systems Inc. (CSCO) and America Online Inc. (AOL).

"My advice is to stick with the biggest and the best," he said. "This market will be more discriminating than the last run."

Our DELL BARBECUE was a lot of fun...And the conversations pushed heavily into why DELL hadn't yet reacted to the upward move in the NAZ...I would say that the majority believe that some bargains were snatched up but the highs of some of these high flyers won't return due to this last crash...Let's hope that with all that money out there this next "time around" investors don't get caught up in buying some of that "junk" and follow this advice from Goldman...

Best, Kemble
