It wasn't off topic, and you know it. You're a "Johnny one note" who whines like a 5 year old when you don't get your way. I introduced a new topic, and since it concerned how the government works or doesn't work in spending our tax money, it is quite germane to the presidential campaign now underway. Perhaps you should start a new thread called: "Personal Attacks on Al Gore Only"? By the way, adding "the junior" to Al Gore's name is not clever; it's annoying. Not trying to censor you, of course: you can continue spouting your cliches.
