OJ, sorry to disappoint you, but at least in NY,NJ,CT area it all happens all over again from real estate to business.

Lending caution is out the window. I am in touch with commercial banks and I see how their lending standard went south and asset prices up. Junk market is also very active now, yields of 12% to 15% are plentiful

Happy times are back again, the only difference is that now they issue a myriad of asset backed securities that's all. Sub-Prime lenders are already on shaky ground. S&L debacle ? no there are none left, but it will be some thing else unexpected as usual.
