Hi,
Sanders, if it is in New Hampshire, was a Lockheed Martin company at the time (and Lockheed before the merger with Martin Marietta), and still is.

Sanders was working on setting CDMA transmitters and receivers on electrical lines to bypass the need of cell towers. This was trialed in Pittsburgh as you mentioned. The concept was to use thousands of small, unobtrusive antennas on the power lines instead of towers. I don't think much has come of it, but you never know.

Good luck to all!
