NEW YORK -- Shares of Davox Corp. (DAVX)
fell 30% in the last two days.

First Albany Corp. analyst Herbert Tinger said
two institutional investors are selling their
shares, but declined to identify them.

A company official didn't immediately return
phone calls seeking comment.

Shares of Davox closed Friday at 14 11/16,
down 2 13/16, or 16.1%, on Nasdaq volume of
1.2 million shares. Average daily volume is
160,963 shares. The stock had traded as high as
20 1/2, up 17%.

On Thursday, Davox closed at 17 1/2, down 3
3/8, or 16.2%.

Westford, Mass.-based Davox makes call center
management systems.
