I have always adored Molly's approach to life. She is obviously in touch with good theatre. People MUST get eaten. This is true of life also. Otherwise it's just so dull you get fat and sleepy with boredom.

Ah- and the big hammy wolf who doesn't know his lines, but pushes to the front regardless. They're everywhere.
You see how even when we try to make everything sweet and perfect, the reality creeps in?

Molly knows this. SHe recognized BS when she saw it.

Not too long ago, I was reading a non-revisionist version of Little Red Riding Hood to Jenny, who is 4. When we got to the part where the extractions from the wolf's stomach occur, she asked "Pa, don't big bad wolves chew their food before they swallow?".

All I could think of to say was "I guess this one didn't..."
