I perceive this as a gift. The confusion will not last forever.

Short momentum players will try and jump on this Monday morn, but there may well be another statement seemingly contradictory to this one tomorrow...

I agree that there will soon be a numbing China effect...

I have developed supreme confidence in management and their restraint in dealing with these issues.

I really think you are up to something.

Just like Korea was the country for the implementation of the first CDMAone Network. China is going to become the country to implement the first CDMA2000 network. I think IJ knows that due to the big population in China, he has to give them a better rate than other countries. If QCOM is going to charge China less, then why not get some real benefit out of it:

"The full implementation of the first CDMA2000 3G network in China much earlier than it was expected.
