I was only there for about 10 hours.. Just stopped in to pick up a friend and get some sleep. I know Reef Road is a world class wave but I hear the parking is difficult. I have never even seen The pier at Lake Worth. The waves were pretty good in the morning. About shoulder high on the sets. A little mushy due to the high tide and onshore breeze but still fun early. Once the wind kicked up, It really went downhill. I left for home around 3:00..

Anyway, If I get back over that way and have time to spend, I will let you know.

If anyone is wondering about QCOM and China. This quote get you the idea what is going on.

"For European and Chinese carriers, adoption of CDMA would mean the payment of royalties to Qualcomm.

One possible reason for the hold-up on CDMA is that China, concerned about expensive royalties draining profits overseas, is accustomed to paying for hardware, but not for the Intellectual Property (IP) software the CDMA package requires."

China likes to pirate software not pay for it.
