Douglas, You know I really like having my own personal research department available to me. My post beat your post by 1 minute, but if I had waited until today to read the S-4 section on dissenting, I could have, once again, taken advantage of your heavy lifting. I could get used to this - vacation planning, identification of flora and fauna, physician referrals, etc. When www.askdouglas.com goes online, I'll still get the preferred service at my usual rates, right?
