<<They will not have my vote !>> The only votes that they will have will be from employees, investment bankers who will profit from their deals with SEG/VRTS, arbitrageurs who have played the spread between VRTS and SEG for eighths and quarters, and people who haven't paid attention to what is going on. We can only hope that Carl Icahn has been buying. It doesn't look like it, since Veritas has gone up more than Seagate has over the past couple of weeks. I don't know if that just reflects a lack of interest in Seagate at this point, or a lack of confidence that the deal will go through. I hope the latter. Sam
