Well, they have already started to invest in Cisco, now trading in HK.

"Are you Ready?" Look at the people who are depicted in those TV commercials. These are third world people from areas of the world where they have communal toilets (pits in the ground), But these folks are going to get a shot at jumping on to a connection with the rest of the world for jobs, education, business purchase. And although they have meager resources now, it's really a numbers game. Pennies grow to dollars. Dollars grow to millions and billions of dollars. In other words, there is an opportunity as the trend to an increase in wealth occurs in this time of peace. Peace is the condition that makes all this possible. I believe that war, or political discord between China, Pakistan, US , Russia, India are the only threats to CSCO and the other high flying tech stocks.
