OJ, we differ in approach as I put emphasys on FA and try to guess the ripples by charts and TA.

As to your assessment regarding the sleaze bags in Washington DC, I would add my 2 cents ........ Until now the strong dollar policy hold most of the US trade surplus in US financial instruments, this connected with the buy the dip mentality pushed the market to the previous highs.

The only thing that the US can not control is world perception of the US dollar.

That is the main issue, IMHO at the FED ......... do not raise rates face lower dollar and inflation, which ultimately will bring the stock market down.......... or raise rates keep dollar strong slow the economy and moderately bring the market down to manageble levels.

What would you prefer?

BTW Euro land intends to raise rates this week as per Bloomberg.

As to 2 -3 days ripples it is gambling.
