Its not clear why we keep going over this (unless you just are trying to irritate Paul/INTC thread).

Overclocking is when the part is clocked faster than the manufacturer's specs. If the device is being clocked and operated within the manufacturer's specs, it is, by definition, not overclocked; after all its the manufacturer that guarantees the operation. And it matters not one iota what the specifications are/have been for other parts.

Such a note just loses you credibility.
