I heard the problem they ran into was that so many MS employees were attorneys NONE of which were licensed (or trained) to practice law in Canada. --- It seems to me that shouldn't stop them though. All they would need to do acquire the RCMP (Mounties) and integrate the EULA into the existing Canadian laws. (BWDIK) -JCJ

I doubt moving MSFT to CANADA means that the the management and staff have pack-up move tot he great North-West!! The company can move to Canada while most workforce contiune to work in the US. Moving to Canada, I beleive, means changing the company's registration and taxation-legal juristiction!
