Personally, I do not think we have actually bottomed, but the downside risk is minimal (mind you I said the same when the stock was at $5, so take this with a grain or two of salt). The way I see the market in general is that this rally is going to stall just under 3900 (if we take out I have 4390 as the next target) and then revisit the 3400 area later this moth, if we do go down to the 3400 area, I think that PROG may make a marginal new low. I for one, have a GTC at $2.75 for such an eventuality.

On the other hand, there isn't much volume behind the rally. They are expected to return to profitability this quarter, so I would expect a rally here, but I don't expect a dramatic move unless the volume picks up. Still, at 1/4 point a week it won't take long to accumulate a pretty good percentage gain.
