Julius: I understand your reluctance to bet on the movement of PALM. If most of the present PALM short position is due to arb players like you who intend to cover the PALM short out of the distribution (and not just people short PALM), then my wistfully hoped for PALM short squeeze won't materialize. Even if the ex-distribution COMS doesn't move higher than the present $7, you'll still do OK, since until the distribution announcement, COMS sans PALM had a negative value. At least it's positive now, and hopefully will move higher over the next few weeks. David T.
