Have you tried,
Right click DeskTop/Properties/Settings,
Now click on either one and DRAG /DROP it to change locations..
You may not be able to DRAG right to left, so try dragging left to right.

Or, isn't there a way in BIOS Setup to make either PCI or AGP Primary,?
