David, from a fundamental stand point, we all resigned to the fact that we have not a clue how coms is going to move in the next 8 1/2 weeks till distribution ! So I have to consult the point-and-figure chart and here is my observation :

1. $47 constitutes a minor breakout.
2. $50 constitutes a medium breakout.
3. $56 would be a major breakout.

Personally I think coms will attempt to breakout to $55 before earning (if no profit warning) because that was where coms was in its December's earning (it crashed back to $42 due to bad revenue and then it just took off).

If it breaks out from $56, we'll be $62-72.

On a regular chart, coms is again perched above its 200 day ma which is a very good sign. A more likely scenerio is we'll stay below $50 till option expiry and then break thro' $50 before earning.
