Bill,

95% is taxes and 5% is the actual cost. When the war in Bosnia was on, the Gov. slapped a tax called Tax to help Bosnians! War in Bosnia is over but we are still paying it. They did they same with Peace keeping mission in Somalia, the War in Kosovo, etc, etc. Every time there is a crisis, they just add to the price of gasoline. The sadest thing is that non of the these taxes went to help others!!
