Seems like a good sign that gold is edging up early in Asia, it has gone above the peak set on Friday afternoon, rather than falling back. Will be interesting to watch as we get to 10 am New York time. Watch for a news article on the Tonga Central Bank decision to liquidate their remaining 14.7 grams of gold. The Tongans have decided to "balance their portfolio" by investing the gold proceeds equally in the Thai baht and the Myanmar kyat. Should be splashed on the news wires tomorrow morning. You heard it here first.
