Scattered showers, possibly a t'storm for much of NC tomorrow. High in the upper 70's to maybe 80 for RDU. Morning rain in DC Wed, with a slight risk of a leftover shower in the afternoon. Also cooler. High near 70.

PS If you drive down Rt 7 on your way to Herndon, say high to Smithers and my old old townhouses. We only lived a block apart.
