Elmer, I spent the last week in Santa Cruz and I consumed huge quantities of salmon, presumably from Monterey Bay. I don't know where the beer originated. I have been hearing a lot of discussion about high levels of mercury contamination in Monterey Bay, from the old gold mines in the Sierras. We only buy Alaskan salmon. I was in Santa Cruz yesterday too. We were at a beach with a 40's band and an old car show. Did you see that? today's major disappointments "Today" hasn't even started yet.
