DGBI e-mails rec'd:

Greetings fellow investors. Our conglomerate of investment
newsletters has had a very successful track record in the past few
months. On May 15th we recommended CHST at $19.00, and within two
days it reached an intra day high of $27.00 on very high volume. On
May 31 it reached an intra day high of $29.00 for a percentage gain
of more than 50%! We also recommended FEVI at 60c, and within two
days it reached an intra day high of $1.00. In the past we have also
recommended: On May 18 we presented CTWN trading at $1.375. It flew
to an intra-day high of $2.25 and then hit an intra-day high of $2.25
again on May 22. Others we have presented: *WFFT, profiled on 3/7 at
$4 3/16, peaked 3/22 at $17.00 for a percentage gain of 305%. *WAMX,
profiled 2/24 at $9 1/4, peaked 2/28 at $22 7/8 for a percentage gain
of 147%. "Highs" may be Open, Close or intra day. The foregoing
represents the best of our selections and not all selections have
performed quite as well.

The Company we present to you today (Monday, June 5) for your
investing consideration has even more potential, on balance, than the
aforementioned selections. The company is Digital Bridge, Inc.
(OTCBB:DGBI). There's much to like about DGBI. There are NUMEROUS
rumors circulating of several acquisitions and partnerships that will
make DGBI even more valuable. Keenly observe the rapid and expansive
accumulation of shares of this stock over the last two trading days.
This usually precedes huge news releases. Owing to the fact that
there will be numerous other financial newletters of major repute
profiling DGBI today and the rest of this week, coupled with the
imminent anticipation of several news releases to be issued quite
soon, we anticipate *record* volume and a *huge* price hike. This
would certainly appear to be a *most* opportune time to give very
serious consideration to investing in DGBI. This is the type of stock
which could eaily triple in value in days. We are fully anticipating
major news releases from DGBI very shortly.

Now, just what is Digital Bridge? As the name implies, Digital
Bridge lays down a bridge over all your troubled e-business waters.
No matter what the e-business need, whether it's Concept
Development,
Online Customer Support, E-commerce, Web Site Design, Internet
Marketing, Database Support System Integration, or Web Hosting &
Support, Digital Bridge has the systems and expertise to keep your
company high and dry and facilitate the execution of your business
plan.

Say, for example, you are starting up an e-business. You have a
great idea that you're convinced will be the next big Internet
success story. DGBI will put a team in place and design a plan to
help you virtually every step of the way, from web site design to
business execution to implementing your marketing campaign. Why,
they can even connect you to money sources to help you arrange
financing. They're able to provide this help for established
companies searching for new ways to reach clients in new channels, as
well as for companies still in the concept and feasibility stages.

Digital Bridge is also developing a suite of complementary web-based
products to sell in conjunction with its services. The first
product, due for release some time this month is CMBridge. CMBridge
is a Palm (tm) based client which allows construction companies and
construction management companies to review and update critical
project information on site through a wireless web connection in a Palm VII or Palm V with wireless modem. A demo of the product can be
found on Digital Bridge's web site www.digitalbridge.com. The
CMBridge product is based on another Digital Bridge product,
currently in development, call the Bridge Engine. The Bridge Engine
allows companies to search and consolidate information from different
sources and present it as a single screen of information. Thus, for
example, if a manager needed to look at all the relevant information
regarding a particular project issue, he could search e-mail, HR
systems, accounting systems, resource management systems, inventory
control systems though a single interface and have all of the systems
return only the relevant data to him in a single screen. This
creates significant efficiencies not available today when that same
manager would need to search multiple systems each returning only its
own data. The Bridge Engine integrates these systems through the use
of web standards such as XML, XSL, DHTML and CSS so that not only is
the client more efficient, it is also more mobile as there systems
can be reached through any web browser or remote devise, such as a
Palm or WAP enable cell phone. These products provide an excellent
way for Digital Bridge to expand its service and client base into
enterprise productivity.

E-commerce is exploding. Within the next three years, the number of
e-tailers is expected to exceed 30 million. That's a huge
potential
customer base for DGBI to draw from. And Digital Bridge has the
talent, vision, expertise, experience and market position to execute
their plan and thrive in this burgeoning sector of small to medium
companies.

Some recent activity:

solutions. biz.yahoo.com

Here's a link to their latest 10Q:

Add to all this the fact that Digital currently has other internal
projects in various stages of completion: Venturelist.com, and
MicroCapCenter.com. and you can see why this is a compelling
investment opportunity.

As a spin off of the successful M & A West, Inc. (OTCBB MAWI)
Incubator company, we feel DGBI is poised to succeed in similar
dramatic fashion. There are 27mm shares outstanding, and 2.8mm in the
float, 1.5mm of which are held by long term investors. The stock is
thinly traded, so with the anticipated huge volume it will move
skyward rapidly.

Also, DGBI is not standing still. The Company is making some great
moves to position themselves as a major player in the field. In an
audio interview at www.marketdd.com COO, Jon Winters, further
substantiating recent rumor mill whispers, alludes to
"several"
future acquisitions. Give it a listen. As discretion dictates, he
can't reveal any details, but it is clear that they have some
major
things in the works that will strengthen the company financially as
well as broaden the effectiveness and range of its services.

And now, especially, due to current market conditions, with DGBI
trading close to its 52 week low of about $2.00+, there's *huge*
upside potential here with minimal downside risk.

Nearly all of the companies featured in TheEarlyEdition are small start-up
companies whose stock is listed on the ?Bulletin Board.? These stocks are
variously referred to as ?micro-cap,? ?penny,? ?bulletin board,? or ?pink
sheet? stocks. Investing in the stocks featured in TheEarlyEdition is
highly speculative and carries an extremely high degree of risk. It is
possible that an investment in such stocks may be entirely lost or
substantially impaired. Such stocks are often thinly traded, meaning that
large sell orders will have a substantially negative impact on share
price. The stocks of these companies are frequently less liquid than
those of companies which have a larger and more substantial public float
of outstanding shares. This means that investors in these companies may
experience difficulty in selling shares without seeing a decline in market
price, and may have difficulty in finding ready buyers of their stock.
Before investing in these companies, investors are advised to seek
qualified, licensed, professional advice in order to secure knowledge of
the special risks and hazzards associated with trading low-priced,
high-risk stocks. Certainly no investor should invest in these companies
if the investor could not afford to suffer the entire loss of his or her
investment.

of 1934. Any statements that express or involve discussions with respect
to predictions, expectations, beliefs, plans, projections, objectives,
goals, assumptions or future events or performance are not statements of
historical fact, or predictions of future fact. These pronouncements are
merely "forward looking statements," made based on the company?s
expectations, estimates and projections at the time the statements are
made and which involve a number of risks and uncertainties which could
cause actual results or events to differ materially from those anticipated
in the forward-looking statements. Readers may identify forward-looking
statements by noting the frequent use in those statements of root and
derivative qualifying words, such as "projects", "foresees", ?expects??,
?will,? ?anticipates,? ?estimates,? ?believes,? ?thinks,? "understands,"
or by other words which qualify statements, indicating certain actions
?may,? ?could,? or ?might? occur. TheEarlyEdition makes no
representations concerning the truthfulness or reliability of any of its
own forward looking statements or those of any company.

market, TheEarlyEdition actively discourages its readers through this
disclaimer and through direct reader contacts, from the use of alias
names, the dissemination of false information, and the use of e-mail
