Dear Bruce: So sorry to read of your cousin. You hear of this sort of thing in the news but it really strikes home when its someone you know, even if only on the internet. Hope the final resolution turns out well for her, you and her family. JDN

Dear Bruce, I may not know outside of your posts here but am a long time lurker who has you bookmarked. I do believe you are a very strong family man who has to be truly frustrated regarding Jill. Even though now turning 50, I still remember the pain and anger in losing my two closest friends of high school. The one, age 20, due to drowning. And the other, age 25, due to a drunk driver. My son and his fiance, ages 24, are long distance runners and whenever they take off for one of their runs I can't wait for thier safe return. No, most of here on this great thread do not personally know one another, however, I honestly believe there is a special type of bond which means you are not alone regarding this tragic happening.
