And even INTC proved, that there are problems!

They made 2 mistakes using RMBS and therefore RMBS
is not as easy to design as DRAM systems.

This is a design problem.

The main concern I have with RamBus is that it is currently untestable to spec using any available production equipment. The DRAM manufacturers have to test RamBus indirectly and the potential for out of spec parts to slip through is very high, IMO.
