Tim, I think that SCON and CDTS should be considered telecoms rather than power. I personally do not like the "power" sector, it serves the most conservative segment in the market, the utilities take years to adopt a new technology (they have no incentive in replacing their current infrastructure, since that will require major "write offs", so they delay for ever, that is why I am generally not bullish on AMSC).

Tim, actually in the last hour swoon down, CDTS is holding much better than SCON. I used this swoon to get back at better prices on RMBS ($209.5) and in SNDK at $67.5. Still looking for QCOM under $64.

Added in edit, got SSTI at $94.125. I am going to try for a run above $100 on this one.
