TA question for anyone.
When csco was fighting for its life at 50 TA folks said close below 50 would have been disaster.
I own Biogen(bgen). It put up the brave fight at 50 as well for weeks. TA folks said if BGEN closed under 50 it would be disaster. It did for one day. Dire predictions were made. I bought more at 49 7/8 anyway. Then the rally began last week and stock is at 63.
Same with nazdaq below 200 day moving average so acampora and others says sell. Now naz up 600 points. Over the weekend i heard naz above 200 day now so its a buy.
Why should I pay attention to TA at all??

>what do you think your cottage will be worth in a 1929 style depression?

michael97123,

Excellent question, and good point.

You'd think that a person who seemingly equates this market with 1929 [a list of similarities is supposedly being worked on, but I haven't seen it] would be selling a so-called weekend "cottage" right now rather than using it. Thus, the cottage owner is either inconsistent at best, or stupid at worst...given the assumption that we're about to relive the 1929 crash all over again.
