If the use of warrants helps ramp up CMTO's revenues and stock price in a manner similar to TERN...I suppose I could live with that. :>)

Sorry to be so slow in answering. I've been in Atlanta all week and came home to massive computer challenges. Right now I've taken out the ol' nag to replace the Ferrari.

On the Charter questions, so far I've been able to ascertain the following:

* the warrants are not in the money

* if the stock were to quadrouple and charter was to exercise them, they would still be less than 1/1000 of com 21 stock

* the upside on the warrants is very much in line with the effort that Charter will put out in CMTO's behalf, allowing them to use their system for trial on voice etc.

* this is not anything like Tern deals

As for this being the OEM product, I doubt it since it's for voice. BRCM is doing that chip. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
