MM, Optics and routers operate at different layers.. both are required. Optical interfaces on routers may be a neccessity but NT hasn't a clue in this space. NT is very focused on long haul optics and telecom "old world" infrastructure. They do this well. They haven't the foggiest idea of how to penetrate the enterprise, edge, or metro markets..... and optics alone is simply a brute force soon to be commodity. It's what you do with the bandwidth that counts... not just delivering it. OG
