So let's say you're right and China doesn't act. What then? The WTO hasn't shown any backbone to date... why would they act on the behalf of QCOM or say.. MSFT? China has 'em right where they want 'em. They are the largest POTENTIAL consuming nation and the WTO knows it. It'll take something far more serious than patent infringement to kick 'em out. And if they do... then QCOM can forget about that business altogether. It's a no win I sad to say. It disgusts me.
