John - Nokia is collaborating on 3G with the biggest and most powerful CDMA operator in the world; SK Telecom. And I don't think that the plan is to order the chipsets from Qualcomm. I think that it's close to payback time for Korean companies, which have been antagonized by Qualcomm to the point of lawsuits more than once. It often makes more sense to build bridges rather than burn them.

2-country roaming is OK - but 100-country roaming rulez.
