I think there were 23 amendments and 2 canceled each other out. In over 200 years????? What planet are your dreaming on?? Now the tax code that is overloaded. How many volumes in less than 100 years? I suggest you read the Constitution and see how many of our present laws that have been passed by democrats and republicans are UNCONSTITUTIONAL. I always think of the toilet that I cannot buy for my new bathroom. I had to go to a junk yard to buy one that I was satisfied with. The founding fathers are rolling in their graves. daverose
