Suggestions? Tom take a look at BAOA. It should be a monster.

Their business plan is to open call centers in inner city empowerment zones. They are going to be doing a name change to Call Solutions.com shortly.

Call Solution's strategy, to open call centers in Empowerment Zones, is designed to help urban communities and residents by providing a safe zone for opening new businesses. The incentives offered Call Solutions for locating within an Empowerment Zone are numerous and include, but are not limited to job training, subsides, grants, loans, investment tax credits and energy credits. These incentives significantly enhance the profitability of starting Call Solutions call centers while minimizing the risk of failure.

Call Solution's call center projects substantively meet one of the chief Empowerment Zone prerequisites which is to create new jobs for residents in the zones. Each call center will create potentially up to 600 new teleservice representative jobs.

No further stock dilution should be needed to fund these call centers because of government loans being granted to business`s that locate in the empowerment zones.

The Company has customer contracts to provide telemarketing services commencing
with the opening of its two (2) planned call centers. The City of Atlanta,
Georgia has issued final site and financial commitment approval for the
Company's Atlanta Empowerment Zone call center. The City of New York City, New
York has issued its final site and financial commitment approval for the
Company's New York Empowerment Zone call center.

On February 22, 1999, the Company received a financing commitment letter from
the Atlanta Empowerment Zone Corporation for a development loan of approximately
$3.5 million at an interest rate of 8.0% and a term of ten (10) years. As of
March 23, 2000, the loan, and related documentation, has been executed and the
initial funding has been made.

Did I mention they have contracts linned up?

Call Solutions has a dual business development strategy. The company's primary focus is to open and operate telecommunication call centers in designated redevelopment zones, such as those in the Federal Empowerment Zone Program. The company's secondary focus is to develop proprietary entertainment products, such as games and CD-ROMs, and sell them directly to consumers using its established call center operations.

To ensure the success of Call Solutions-owned telecommunications call centers, the company has formed strategic alliances with various call center operators and managers.

MKT Communications, Inc. (MKT) is a successful telemarketing firm, which Call Solutions has contracted with to bring clients into its call centers and assist in day-to-day call center management. The strength of Call Solution's marketing strategy is fortified by the fact that it has been able to obtain purchase orders for over $100 million dollars in the teleservice work to be performed at Call Solution's call centers.
