Also, I doubt that Bill Gates will be hurt all that much even if Microsoft goes down to 0. I don't think this is about Bill Gates at all...""

I agree, Bill won't be hurt by the undersign and millions of other common mortals will! I don't beleive to fight to the end, I believe in fight to a logical end. Only fools fight to death, as I said in my earlier post. I think BG and the Company take the well-fare of their common share
holders in consideration before going to the extremes.

I agree, Bill Gate won't be hurt if MSFT shares go to 0! but the undersigned and millions of other common mortals will! I don't beleive to fight to the end, I believe in fight to a logical end. Those who advocate the fight to death, maybe have never fought a battle themselves! The end means years of legal problems and depressed stock prices! Is that what you want? I don't think so. Only fools fight to death, as I said in my earlier post. I think BG and the Company take the well-fare of their common share
holders in consideration before going to the extremes.

p.s. Sandeep, I forget to mention, he got himself in this mess, he should now find a logical way to make a compromise
and get out with minimum damage. I think he will. Maybe having to split the company is what he was expecting. Maybe he is well prepared for that! Why do you think he asked the judge a year to split the company, instead of six month.
