The revenue recog. issue was unfortunate for SGNT, particularly given the timing because it otherwise likely would have had strong relative performance over April and May because of its earnings. The accounting issue eviscerated the positive earnings factor and SGNT performed in line with or worse than cash flow negative B2B software companies. Looking forward, short interest was up over 300% from April to May. Recent price action suggests little if any covering. I'm close to adding.
