Yes, it was a question.

If it was a question, there are a number of things. But the easiest, I believe, without redoing the entire spectrum plan for cabletv, is to group fewer upstream users together, and then assign these smaller groups of users their own lambda, or high speed channel, from the field node back to the head end.

I was assuming the local loop would be the bottleneck for upstream. There is only 2mb upstream capacity in the local loop, no?
