I turned on CNBC at the gym and raced excitedly through the workout. My trainer now knows how to motivate me.

I just sold most of my SDLI puts, 15 contracts for a $2 profit. I'm hanging onto five contracts.

well actually throwing a sacrifice to the SDLI trading goddesses is more like it... chickened out - sold my SDLI puts for 7/8 profit...had some other - cheapies - bought last week , that I managed to squeeze 1/4 out of - still have 1/2 of that lot

did not want to take the chance of holding that animal over night
